Hello there!
My name is Bethaney Clark. I am a millennial woman who has chosen to live a childfree life. I grew up in and still reside in the beautiful Pacific Northwest in Oregon.
My professional life consists of owning and operating a counseling practice and pet sitting business. I spend much of my time outside of work with my partner, family, friends, animals, and in nature. I enjoy traveling, writing, creating, and spending time in relationships. I am an Auntie to multiple delightful small humans and it is one of my favorite roles!
My educational background and experience consists of mental health, education, and child and animal caretaking.
I made my ultimate decision alongside my partner to remain childfree in my early 30s. There are many reasons that women may decide to not have children. I know I have a plethora of reasons as to why I have made this choice for myself. I believe that women can still live a full and vibrant life without taking on the role of parenting. I am dedicated to leaving an imprint on this earth that encourages more love, acceptance, and connection.
“I will never regret not having children. What I regret is that I live in a world where in spite of everything, that decision is still not quite okay.”
